Swedish Massage
Escape the everyday with traditional Swedish massage. Swedish massage is the perfect way to relieve stress and ease muscle tension. I will use a combination of techniques, including long, gliding strokes, kneading, and circular movements to relax your entire body.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscles and connective tissue. I use slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the affected areas to alleviate pain and stiffness.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is perfect for clients recovering from an injury or athletes who need to improve their performance or recover from an injury. I use a combination of deep tissue massage and stretching to help you reach your goals.

Cupping (Add on) $20.00
Cupping uses gentle suction to lift tight tissue, boost circulation, and release deep muscle tension. It's an easy upgrade that enhances recovery and helps your body relax and heal more efficiently. Slight marks may appear and fade within a few days.
